Professionals at Work
Mrs. Alice Addai-Yeboah has over 25 years of working experience as a Sociologist and a Safeguard Specialist for various consulting projects including the Sokoban Resettlement project in Kumasi, the Pokuase Interchange Project in Accra, and the Manso - Tarkwa - Huni Valley Railway Project. She co-authored a research article on Multi-criteria systems-based benefits assessment framework for transport research projects as well as a research report (Rural Mobility and SocioEconomic Baseline Pilot Study in Liberia) for ReCAP programme to be implemented by the University of Birmingham. Mrs. Addai-Yeboah has an MPhil and BA in Sociology.
Nathan Sika has expertise in Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) / Safeguards Planning and Implementation, Social Impact Assessment, Baseline Studies, Community Engagement & Development, Water Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Activities. He holds Masters of Research and Public Policy (MRPP) from the University of Ghana as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast. Nathan has the aim of attaining set targets with his skills and experience. As a social researcher, he is proficient in producing effective results with his deep knowledge on the use of analytical tools such as IBM SPSS, KoBoCollect/ODK Collect, Stata, EpiData, Google spreadsheet and MS Suit (Excel, Access and Word).
Ing. Kofi Bonsu Addai-Yeboah, PE-GhIE is an experienced Engineering Consultant in the civil engineering industry. Skilled in Construction Engineering, Traffic Engineering and Project management. Kofi has worked in various capacities on a variety of Engineering projects, including: Construction Manager at Eban Realty Limited, Assistant Consultant (Traffic Engineering & Transport Economics Section) at Associated Consultants Ltd. He has consulted on several projects including a $1M World Bank funded cold facility installation at the Cotonou International Airport in Benin. Kofi has a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Road and Transportation Engineering from KNUST, Kumasi.
Beatrice Addai-Yeboah is an experienced multidisciplinary engineering consultant with a background in environmental sanitation, process engineering, and social research. She has a total of nine years of experience working on projects supported by significant international lending organizations, such as the World Bank and African Development Bank (AfDB) in the fields of water and sanitation hygiene (WASH), environmental and social impact assessments, gender studies and policy, management plans, as well as health and safety. Beatrice has also developed Standard Operating Procedures for some industries in Ghana. She has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana. Beatrice has a Master's program in Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation from the same University.
